Now that we’re already closing our project, we can show some of the final products that children’s teams made using Scratch. These are projects that they have co-created through pairs of teams from different schools and countries. First they researched the topic, discussed it, created stories and storyboards, and finally programmed the digital animations with Scratch.
The work of the teachers and the children has been great. More than a thousand children grouped into about two hundred teams, about thirty schools, more than fifty teachers involved, eight countries, three continents, different ages and many different languages. A wonderful cultural treasure.
Here you can see a Scratch studio with a selection of these final projects: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/5911623/
